Refunds and Returns
We want you to be fully satisified with your Sun of Elena purchase; Therefore we will glady accept returns within 7 days of delivery date. Full priced items purchased from Sun of Elena can be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit given the following conditions are complied with.
An email has been sent in regards to the return to sunofelena@gmail.com before being sent. You have been assigned an order return number by us.
Proof of purchase is given in the form of the Sun of Elena transactional receipt, email or invoice.
All Items are in their original condition; purchases must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
Items are not sale purchases or made to order purchases. These are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Items are returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Tracking is sent to us and the with the return order number you have been assigned within the package.
The customer is fully responsible for the cost of return shipments. Please ensure returns are registered with a tracking number. If the package goes missing Sun of Elena cannot be held accountable for the missing item and you therefore will not receive a refund, credit note or exchange.
If we are satisfied and your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the original shipping fee, as we do not refund original shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed, you will be sent a notification email once your refund is finalised.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed or altered in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photographic evidence of the fault. Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
